Who we are

This website is run by Repair IT Pro. You can contact us about anything in this notice at info@repairitpro.co.uk or on 07777 703665.

What we collect

When you use the contact or order form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, business name, domain name, the service or plan you are interested in and your message. When you place an order we also collect what you tell us about your business, the contact and social media details you want shown, your billing address if you give one, the domain name you choose, and any logo and photos you upload.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and to set up and manage any service you order from us. We do this because you have asked us to, and because it is necessary before entering into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or pass it to anyone for marketing. Where we offer payment by card, the payment is handled by Stripe and we do not see or store your card details. If you use the writing help on the order form, the notes you type are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, so it can draft the text for you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and orders for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep proper business records, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@repairitpro.co.uk and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
