What is the difference between monthly and fixed price?
On the monthly plan you spread the cost, and your domain and hosting are included for as long as you stay with us. With the fixed price you pay once for the website.
Is the domain name really included?
Yes. One domain ending in .co.uk, .com or .uk is included. You choose it in the first step of the order form, which checks whether the name is available.
Does a one-page website cost less?
No, the price is the same. Choose whichever suits your business; many small businesses find one well-made page works best on a phone.
Can I change things after I see the preview?
Yes. The preview page has an "Ask for changes" button. Tell us what you would like changed and we update it. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Can I buy hosting or a domain on its own?
No. We only provide them as part of a website we build.
I need something bigger, such as an online shop or a portal.
